Denean The Coffee Queen Service Agreement:

Terms & Conditions on which both parties agree:

​

DTCQ will set up one hour before the start time and needs access to the agreed-upon area an hour before the event.

​

DTCQ will provide all products for the event.

​

DTCQ will make sure to clear the area used at the end of the event and leave the area as they found it.     

                                                           

The company will pay a 25% NONREFUNDABLE down payment towards their service. This down payment/deposit is due no later than three days after the agreement is secured.

​

The company will be invoiced after service to be paid no later than 14 days after service is completed to “Denean The Coffee Queen." The agreed-upon amount for this contract is ___________.

Both organizations have understood the facts & commitments and are ready to sign the contract.
